BYU Football Recruiting: Linebacker Alexander Miskela Commits
Two-Star Linebacker from California commits to the Cougars.
BYU now has 18 scholarship athlete commits in the Class of 2018
The BYU football program received more good news on the recruiting trail Tuesday afternoon as two-star linebacker Alex Miskela committed to the Cougars.
Miskela received an offer from BYU last summer after visiting for a padded camp. The Cougars were a top priority for Miskela after that.
The Los Alamitos linebacker took in an official visit to BYU this past weekend and he loved his time in Provo. He then made his commitment official on Tuesday by saying:
Words could not adequately express how blessed I feel to be able to be part of such an amazing and inspiring community, and it is with great privilege that I announce I am COMMITTED to BYU 🤙
Never have I felt a truer sense of family amongst a team and community and I feel Beyond blessed to now be apart of that.
Miskela will compete for playing time at linebacker in the fall of this upcoming season and he will sign with BYU on National Signing Day, February 7, 2018.
