Yoeli Childs didn’t start on Saturday night against the Pacific Tigers as he continues to battle an illness that impacted his play against Saint Mary’s in Moraga.

Despite the illness, Childs gave BYU fans something to get excited about during a game against Pacific in the month of January, a highlight reel alley-oop dunk.  Watch this.

Throw it down Yoeli! No regard for human life!

That was a great dunk.  Yoeli’s dunk has me thinking back to some of the best dunks in BYU basketball history.  Mike Hall’s dunk against Air Force was one of the legendary proportions.  Eric Nielsen back in the late 90’s had some great throwdown’s, particularly in a Midnight Madness at the old Smith Fieldhouse, dude did a cartwheel before throwing it down in a dunk contest.
