NFL Draft 2018: BYU DL Tomasi Laulile Signed Free Agent Contract With Indianapolis Colts
Laulile missed the 2017 season due to a violation of team rules.
In three seasons, Laulile had 48 tackles and six sacks at BYU
BYU defensive lineman Tomasi Laulile has signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Indianapolis Colts.
Great moment for Laulile who was gaining a lot of interest from NFL teams during the pre-draft process, taking visits to franchisees who only get to bring in 30 players leading up to the draft.
Laulile missed the entire 2017 season at BYU, but he had an excellent Pro Day this past March that put him on NFL radars once again. Laulile ran a 4.77 40-time, posted a 30″ vertical, and 9’1″ in the broad jump.
Laulile only played in 21 games during his three years at BYU, but he was very productive. He had 10 tackles for loss and six sacks. The highlight of Laulile’s career at BYU was a scoop-and-score in a victory over rival Utah State in the 2015 season-finale.
