Former BYU LB Alani Fua Is A Brand Ambassador For New College Football Video Game
We all need a college football video game in our lives.
Gridiron Champions is coming in 2020
Everyone except Ed O’Bannon and Sam Keller misses the old NCAA Football video game series. Everyone!
It was a shame that the series was cut off just as the College Football Playoff and next-gen consoles were being introduced to us. But the diehards of the college football video game series received great news last month when iMackulate Vision Gaming announced that their college football video game, “Gridiron Champions” would be released in 2020.
Hallelujah! Just give us the customization to alter everything and we will be set.
On this lazy Memorial Day weekend Sunday, I was watching old NCAA Football video game videos on YouTube and then I landed on the iMackulate Vision Gaming Instagram and low and behold a former BYU Cougar is involved with the company and the video game.
Former BYU & NFL linebacker Alani Fua is a brand ambassador for the company.
Fua was last with the Arizona Cardinals before being cut due to an injury he suffered in the pre-season. Fua hasn’t landed on an NFL roster since being cut.
It’s good to see that some former college athletes don’t care to receive a couple of hundred dollars off of their likeness and that they want a damn college football game back!
Let’s pray that this game delivers an experience that is somewhat close to the glory days of the NCAA Football series.
