The National Football Foundation has released the names of the semi-finalists for the William V. Campbell Trophy and a familiar face was on the list.
BYU linebacker Adam Pulsipher was named as one of the semi-finalist for the NFF trophy. Pulsipher was out of 179 semi-finalists for this award. This recognizes an individual as the ablsolute best football scholar-athlete in the nation. Pulsipher has graduation before the season of his junior year with a degree in finance. He is currently on his second year in the MPA program.
The NFF will announce 12-14 finalists on October 31. Each of winners will receive an 18,000 postgraduate scholarship as a member of the 60th NFF National Scholar Athlete Class. The finalists will then travel to New York City for the 61st Nff Annual Awards Dinner in December. There, one finalists will be declared the winner and have his earnings bumped up to 25,000.
For reference, Taysom hill was named an NFF National Scholar Athlete in 2016.
